How does the offer "Buy one case and get the second for 50%?" work?


The reduction is automatically applied when you add at least two custom cases to your cart. The promotion applies even if you buy two or more different models, however it does not apply on cases priced at 15,9 $.
 
The "customize" button does not appear for my product!


This means that the product is a temporarily out of stock. We ask you to return in a few days time when the product will be back in stock.
 
What are the cases made out of? Do they replace my original battery cover?


Our cases are hard plastic and are placed on the phone. They do not replace the battery cover of the phone. The back of the case is customized and the edges remain transparent.
 
What are the covers made out of? Which side are they customized?


Covers are made of black leatherette and are customized on the front side only.
 
I have made my order, when will I receive my product?


Our Packages are generally shipped within 48 working hours. You will receive an email when your order is shipped. It will then take a few days for it to arrive at your home. Packages are sent without tracking and therefore can not be traced.
 
I have not received my order!


Please log into our website and click on "My Orders" in the left menu. Select the order you want and you'll see its status. If the status of your order is:
- Payment accepted: Your order is being prepared. Once it is shipped you will receive a confirmation email.
- Ongoing Delivery: Your order has been shipped, it should arrive in a few days. Please contact us if it does not arrive two weeks after shipping.
 
I have a problem with the case that I received!


No problem, please send us an email specifying the nature of the problem and attach a picture.
